Brief:
A family business established in 1982 as a small grocery store. Today they supply countless restaurants and fast food chains all over the Yorkshire and Lancashire area with a large range of wholesale produce from their £3million store, which opened in the Spring of 2018.
Keen to make the business sustainable and green for the future, United Foods opted for the Free-Fit Solar Lease & Power Purchase agreement for the business. The 190kW Solar PV system will save the business over £6,400 and 73 Tonnes of CO2 a year, without having to lay out any capital.
